Export of parts or derivatives of species listed in Annexes A and B of Council Regulation (EC) No. 338/97, for personal effects
Export means that parts or derivatives from specimens bred in captivity inside of the European Union or taken from the wild inside of the European Union are to be exported for the first time.
First import, re-import and re-export of parts or derivatives of species listed in Annexes A, B, C and D as well as the export of parts or derivatives of species listed in Annexes C and D of Council Regulation (EC) No. 338/97, for personal use
Re-import means the import of a previously exported or re-exported specimen back into the European Community.
Re-export means that the parts or derivatives have already been imported into the European Union at an earlier date in accordance with the legislation in force.
