Registration

All organizers are responsible for the preparation and running of their own seminars. The International Academy for Nature Conservation provides organizational support. The online conference calendar includes information about the target audience for each event.

If you are interested in attending one or more of the events, please contact   Martina.Finger@bfn-vilm.de, Tel.: +49(0)38301-86-112, who will forward your enquiries to the relevant organizer.

Cancellation by participants

Participants who are unable to attend should cancel in good time. Up to eight days before the commencement of the event, cancellation is free of charge. Participants who cancel any later will be invoiced for a cancellation fee of 80% of the full amount payable. No exceptions can be made. For selected events it may be necessary to specify different cancellation times.

Cancellation by organizers

Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the programme and to cancel events. Events can only run if a sufficient number of participants have registered for them. If any event is cancelled, notification will be sent out well in advance.

Forms for organizers

Dear organizers, please use this  template (Excel worksheet) to record your participant details, as this makes our work much easier and send the completed table by e-mail to  Martina.Finger@bfn-vilm.de.

Please also use the accompanying Registration Form available in Word ( doc file) or  pdf file, to ensure that you have recorded all the details we require.
